We maintain the optimum quality and freshness of all our products due to the state of the art technology and quality control we have integrated into our operations.

All our products have full technical data, verifiable temperature controls, full traceability and provenance to ensure full consumer confidence.

All our products are carefully selected and treated to ensure that the integrity of the product is fully preserved, achieving not only the integrity of taste, smell and texture, but also its increased qualitative values.

Prices are more stable than for fresh products, because supply is assured and Hispamare can manage the production volume without any problems.

Thanks to our own production and direct distribution of our products, we ensure that all our products are available all year round in commercial volumes. We can guarantee stocks, anticipating planning and forecasts, and adapting them to each customer.

Individual freezing at -35°C allows our customers to have only what they need on each occasion. Our packaging is carefully selected to protect the products and, if stored correctly, will preserve quality for 18 months from the date of packaging, avoiding unnecessary product waste and therefore allowing for responsible and sustainable consumption.

The waters in FAO 37 and FAO 34 fishing areas, offer a unique environment for marine life. Their high level of salinity, together with the low temperature of the deep sea beds, and a very wide continental shelf, make this a unique and exceptional enclave for all these species.

Our products are deep-frozen on board at -35°C in tunnels equipped with state-of-the-art deep-freezing technology, preventing parasites (such as anisakis). This system allows us to achieve the optimum parameters for raw consumption with maximum guarantees in terms of food safety.
