Our squid is a 100% organic product, without the addition of chemicals, additives or preservatives. Frozen on board, IQF, IWP, from the southern fishing grounds of FAO 34, of 1st Japonica quality, this being the highest quality standard on the market (established by the Japanese market). Large sizes are very popular for sashimi in East Asian countries, while medium and small sizes are in high demand for frying. There are different qualities of squid, Morocco, India and China being the three main standards, the Moroccan being the most appreciated commercially for the quality of its flesh and the low water content (which comes from the artificial glazing used in the Indian and Chinese).
