Mollusc of great gastronomic value, which has become very popular in recent years, being possible to find it in practically all chefs’ menus nowadays. We have several formats available, all of them of 1st japonica quality, being this the highest quality standard existing in the market (established by the Japanese market). This means that it is frozen on board, IQF, IWP, from the fishing grounds of southern Morocco (where the vast continental shelf with a multitude of crustaceans that make up their diet forms a unique environment in the world for the development of cephalopods) completely natural without the addition of any additives or fattening. Its quality is highly appreciated for sashimi in Japan, as well as in many East Asian countries.
